1. Head of Production Department
(Report to directory Manager Director Plant)

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male / Female with the age 38 + years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in ME, IE, Plastic Engineering.
- Knowledge in ISO/TS16949. ADVANTAGE
- Strong leadership and Management Skill.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing field or Plastic Injection or Mold Making
- Knowledge in TPS, Just in time, Lean, 5s.
- Strong Problem Analysis and Solving skill, Root Cause Analysis, Design Pokayoke.
- Strong management and Team Orientate for subordinate.
- Good command Japanese Speak or Having experience with Japan Company.

The candidate shall perform a “ CHANGE AGENT” role, in order to shift a COMPETITIVENEST up to global standard.

2. Head of Engineer Department
(Report to directory Manager Director Plant)

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male / Female with the age 38 + years. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- At least 4 + years experience at position Product Design, Process Design, Mold Design, New Product Development, New Project Development in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge in ISO/TS16949. ADVANTAGE
- Experience in automotive manufacturing field or Plastic Injection or Mold Making.
- Strong Problem Analysis and Solving skill, Root Cause Analysis, Design Pokayoke.
- Strong leadership and Management Skill.
- Good command Japanese Speak or Having experience with Japan Company.
- Knowledge in TPS, Just in time, Lean.

The candidate shall perform a “ CHANGE AGENT” role, in order to shift a COMPETITIVENEST up to global standard.

3. Head of QA Department
(Report to directory Manager Director Plant)

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male / Female with the age 38 + years. - Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good command Japanese Speak or Having experience with Japan Company
- At least 4 + years experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge in ISO/TS16949. ADVANTAGE.
- Good skill in negotiation and Quality Concept. (QCC, QA-Network, 8D, QC7 tool)
- Strong Problem Analysis and Solving skill, Root Cause Analysis, Design Pokayoke. - Strong leadership and Management Skill.
- Experience in Plastic Injection or Mold Making.
- Knowledge in TPS, Just in time, Lean.

The candidate shall perform a “ CHANGE AGENT” role, in order to shift a COMPETITIVENEST up to global standard.

4. Engineer

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male with the age 25 - 30 years.
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in ME, IE, Plastic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing, Automotive is preferable.
- Must have Knowledge in TS/ 16949 or QS / 9000, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Lean .
- Good command in English , Japanese is preferable.
- Strong leadership and good personality

5. Quality Assurance Engineer

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male/Female age between 24 – 35 years.
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in ME, IE., Plastic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience at Quality Control or Quality Assurance in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge with TS/ 16949 or QS/ 9000 , KAIZEN, APQP, 8D.
- Strong leadership with pleasant personality and good communication.
